Start your day in the crisp morning air in our garden setting at Sala Siam with our resident Yoga expert who learnt the art of Yoga from Tibetan monks. 45-minute classes are held every Tuesday, Friday and Sunday mornings at 8am. Our morning yoga classes by the sea are one of our special Hua Hin resort activities, designed for beginners through all levels who seek to develop balance, strength and flexibility as well as attain inner peace and calm.
