Hyatt Regency Hua Hin is an ideal venue for meetings and conferences. It is the most extensive conference facility with a total of 745 sq m of meeting space including private entrance area. Located on ground level, adjacent to the main lobby, the banquet facilities are immediately accessible via the main driveway with its own private porte cochere. There are six function rooms, including a Grand Ballroom.
The Grand Ballroom has a separate entrance and its own private pre-function area. The main function room with its own pre-function area can be divided into three sections (Regency I, II, III) with floor-to-ceiling soundproof partitions that can accommodate from 40 to 240 people, as well as a boardroom, drawing room and areas for outdoor events. All rooms have floor-mounted computer data ports for efficient computer access, build-in state-of-the-art Audio Visual, individual sound system, individual minibar, safe box and most have motorised projection screens.
