 The Beach Restaurant located at the front of the resort and overlooking the sea is open for lunch and dinner daily featuring an open kitchen and wood fired pizza oven serving Mediterranean influenced dishes incorporating fresh ingredients, many of which are harvested daily from the resorts organic herb, fruit
and vegetable garden.
Dining on the Hill is also the venue for our weekly themed evenings, including a Thai experience evening of freshly prepared salad, desserts and live cooking station of wok cooked dishes complete with a traditional Thai dancing show. Our famous BBQ seafood night
with mouth-watering fresh local Samui seafood cooked
either in Thai style, or simply barbequed on the grill, is also very popular.
