Our cultural tour of Bangkok include the famous Grand Palace and Wat Phra Kaeo, home of the beautiful emerald Buddha, prior to a short trip along Choa Phraya River. On to nearby Wat Pho we visit the first Thai Traditional Massage Institute and the Reclining Buddha.

Thai lunch is served at a popular restaurant in Bangkok. Then we are set free to enjoy some bargain hunting at one of Bangkok's famous shopping centers. A dress code is required to enter the Grand Palace, long trousers / skirt, feet should also be covered.

Time:

7:00-18:00

Remarks:

- A tour requires a minimum of two people.
- Child rates will be applied 2-10 years.
- “Palace and Temples are sacred places, please dress politely. No Shorts, no sleeveless shirts. Hat, cap and umbrella may helpful. Certain buildings may closed on holiday and during Royal Ceremonies, camera may not used in the buildings. Wear any comfort walking shoes. (Easy to put on and off)”

If you're short on time you might consider combining a temple visit with the Grand Palace. Bangkok's most famous landmark is a former residence of the Kings of Thailand. Several buildings are located within the complex. You will see the Reception Palace, the Funeral Palace, The Throne Hall and the beautiful revered Temple of the Emerald Buddha.
