Kaeng Krajarn National Park Tour

Back to nature, and the delicate aroma of the great flower variety in Thailand’s largest National park (2,915 sq km ), where a dense rainforest covers rugged mountains along the Burmese border. Besides the wide variety of flora and fauna Kaeng Krachan is a heaven for any birdwatchers with over 400 species identified.

For this trip we will be using a safari car, leaving Hua Hin early morning. We will cross the country side, and see plenty of Thai farms along the way, such as, pineapple plantations, mango, papaya and more… We then enter the Kaeng Krachan reservoir. The reservoir covers an area of 46.5 sq km and has a capacity of 710 million cubic meters. It was built using soil, which stopped the flow of the Petchburi River. The lake has many islands and the largest island is approximately 75 sq km.
